Vacation rentals with a patio in Sidi Bou Said

Madame Anja, la co hôte de l’établissement est très réactive. Je recommande fortement cet air Bnb. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, avec des café et commerce juste en bas de l’immeuble. La zone est résidentiel et très sécurisé.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir haben es sehr genossen!! Die Lage ist super und die Gegend sehr sicher und ruhig :) Auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Im generellen bietet die Unterkunft einen schön ruhigen Rückzugsort der eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Auch Amen der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat bei allen möglichen Fragen schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet! Also eine echte Empfehlung 🫶🏼

Je vous recommande sans hésiter l’appartement de Souhaib. L’appartement est plutôt bien situé surtout si vous aimez vous balader et rentrer un peu plus au calme. Tout correspond parfaitement. Souhaib est un hôte proactif, réactif et très sympa.

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Tunisia Mall. The host was friendly and always available to help. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and calm. It’s close to gyms, restaurants, a museum, and many other places, which made it a great location. The host was kind and helpful—she sometimes checked in on us, and whenever we needed something, we could contact her and she was always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment is definitely worth the price, Highly recommended!

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Hôte très accueillante, réactive peu importe l'heure, chaleureuse et surtout généreuse, elle nous a recommandé de superbes adresses ainsi que donné de très bons conseils, l'appartement est impeccable , parfait correspond à sa description, très bien sécurisé et on s'y sent comme chez soi. Zeineb’s place was absolutely perfect. Had an amazing stay. The place was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean, comfy, in a perfect location and worth the price. Nothing negative to say about this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Zeineb was always responsive to the messages and left clear instructions regarding the check in. The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.

I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ? Monsieur Haouas m’a envoyé un chauffeur à l’aéroport pour me récupérer comme convenu à l’aéroport. la personne en charge de me récupérer m’a installée, fait visiter l’appartement m’a donné les informations nécessaires. Il m’a indiqué les lieux où je pouvais dîner faire mes courses . l’appartement possède un balcon avec une vue superbe. Je recommande fortement.
