From the moment we arrived at Saoussen’s villa, we knew we had found a gem. The cleanliness of the accommodation was truly impressiv, the entire space felt thoughtfully maintained. You can tell the hosts take pride in offering a hygienic and welcoming environment. Speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly reachable and responsive throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed. The accommodation itself was stunning—beautifully designed with charming details, tasteful decor, and a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail, from the lighting to the outdoor spaces, created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer. Had a fantastic stay at Sami and Veroniques place in La Marsa. The property was amazing, with incredible reviews of the sea, and close to local amenities in the area. Communication was quick and easy with the hosts. I would love to return to this property

Great spot and extremely quiet in a very busy La Marsa town. The place is in a private enclosed compound with many houses around and lots of green spaces. It feels like being in the country side despite being in the heart of town. Felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend!

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well-equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay for families or groups of friends. The private pool not overlooked is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A great base for exploring La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mom and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I would recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful holiday by the sea!
