It is on the ground floor of the house (ceiling 2.10 m) with private garden/shed for your equipment. You can walk on the GR 34 coastal path (300 m), in the forest (sports course) and discover the cities of character of the surroundings (Roscoff St Pol de Léon, Morlaix). No TV but wifi available!

Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. Le Petit Vilar is an old outbuilding recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. The entire property is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its café-grocery store, Romanesque and Baroque church and Liberty tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

Upstairs a very large bedroom with a double bed of 190 cm by 140, a sofa bed and a TV. Linens provided, towels not provided. Short stays possible from September 15 to May 1. July and August: minimum stay of 7 nights

Independent room 2 steps from the sea

We have set up this room in a part of our house. You have private access allowing you to come and go as you please. You have a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the garden. But also a relaxation area with a coffee table and armchairs, and a table and two chairs for breakfast. We offer breakfast as an extra if you wish. You don't have a kitchen in the room.
