Eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft in schönster Natur. Sehr neu und gepflegt. Man spürt es in jedem liebevollen Detail, dass es ein Herzensprojekt der sympathischen Vermieter ist. Die Sauna und das Tauchbecken runden das Ganze perfekt ab. Ein Ort zum Entspannen in der Ruhe der Natur.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Herrn Zorbeg. Man fühlt sich dort sicher, der Wein schmeckt und man kann vieles mit einer kleinen und sehr günstigen Busfahrt erreichen. Der Flughafentransfer war auch super und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Расположение отличное, красивый вид. На территории есть бильярд и теннис. Джакузи попробовать не удалось так как погода не летняя. Домик милый, в нем все есть, маленькая кухонька, душ и туалет. Есть запах влажности, но это неизбежно в аджарии. В целом, это больше летний домик, так как из отопления там только кондиционер, так что здесь кому как - нам с подругой было холодно, поэтому наверное вернемся летом, чтобы в полной мере насладиться всеми возможными удобствами.

We had an absolutely amazing one-month stay at Asita's place, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, Asita made us feel like we were at a 5-star hotel, but with the comfort and warmth of being at home. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essential amenities we needed, and whenever we had a small issue, Asita was quick to resolve it, making sure we had everything we required for a smooth stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful balcony with an incredible Makhinjauri sea view—so stunning and peaceful. The location of the apartment is also perfect; just a 5-minute walk across the street to the beach, and we enjoyed the nearby park, which was only a short stroll away. Supermarkets and other essential services were conveniently just 3 minutes from our building, making it easy to get everything we needed. Asita is an exceptional host. One of my very best experiences on AirBNB. Great host and location, spotless apartment with all necessary supplies, comfortable bedroom and kitchen, fast internet, smart TV. Only thing we miss was microwave, but that's not overshadowed this beautiful stay. Thank you very much, Tamula! We would love to be yours guests again one day.

Wonderful place in a very beautiful and quiet location. It’s very clean in the apartment and there is always warm water. Helpful hosts helped us a lot. There is also a dog on the territory that we have become friends with. We came with the dog ourselves, the owners treated him very well. We will definitely come back here more than once! This place made our vacation perfect 🩷

The others wrote already a lot, we can only confirm: Larissa and Kazim are wonderful and very generous hosts. We were allowed to check in in the very early morning and Kazim (it’s embarrassing to admit that we let it happen, everything went very quickly!) took the biggest and heaviest bag we had and brought it up to our apartment upstairs. Kazim looks very young for his age but he really shouldn’t carry heavy bags anymore. Later on Kazim drove us to a supermarket because he was afraid that otherwise we would spend too much time due to the traffic jams. They also organised for us a monthly ticket to the Botanical garden. (The family ticket is for 3 people and we were 4 but we just needed to mention Kazim‘ name and nobody asked any further). There was only one problem though: We were in the peak season and unfortunately we often had bad luck with Bolt taxis, they were all busy. Also the 10 Min. walk from the bot. garden back home is on the road for cars, a bit risky in the darkness.

I stayed in this beautiful cottage in Buknari for about a month, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true privacy, serenity, and breathtaking views — this is the place. The setting is magical. From the cottage, you can see layers of lush trees, majestic mountains, the sea stretching into the horizon, and the city lights sparkling at night. On clear days, you can even spot snow-covered peaks in the far distance. The soundscape is pure nature, a constant concert of birds throughout the day. The cottage itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. It’s so comfortable, beautifully surrounded by greenery, and incredibly quiet. I honestly wish I could live there full-time. Lena is an amazing host, always nearby if needed, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I had no issues during my stay. Everything was smooth and perfect. If you’re thinking about booking this place — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning to come back.
