An exceptional accommodation in the most beautiful nature. Very new and well-maintained. You can feel it in every loving detail that it is a labor of love for the sympathetic landlords. The sauna and plunge pool complete the whole perfectly. A place to relax in the tranquility of nature.

The place is very big and clean, there is everything you need, and if you need something else, just go upstairs and ask Zorbeg, he is very friendly. One of the best places we visited ever.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The hosts were very friendly, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The interior was beautifully designed, the hot jacuzzi was perfect for relaxation, and there was a billiard table and a projector for entertainment. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and overall, everything was great!

It is a quiet peaceful house. Thanks to the hosts for having us. The room is small but budget-friendly, enough to spend nights. The beach is very close but you can only get to the beach via the railway tracks. They're constant traffic jams at the entrance to the town. It is very difficult to take a taxi to or from Batumi. If you plan to relax on the beach or walk through the botanical garden, then this place is perfect for you. But if you need to get to the city often it's better to look for another location.

One of my very best experiences on AirBNB. Great host and location, spotless apartment with all necessary supplies, comfortable bedroom and kitchen, fast internet, smart TV. Only thing we miss was microwave, but that's not overshadowed this beautiful stay. Thank you very much, Tamula! We would love to be yours guests again one day.

Wonderful place in a very beautiful and quiet location. It’s very clean in the apartment and there is always warm water. Helpful hosts helped us a lot. There is also a dog on the territory that we have become friends with. We came with the dog ourselves, the owners treated him very well. We will definitely come back here more than once! This place made our vacation perfect 🩷

The others wrote already a lot, we can only confirm: Larissa and Kazim are wonderful and very generous hosts. We were allowed to check in in the very early morning and Kazim (it’s embarrassing to admit that we let it happen, everything went very quickly!) took the biggest and heaviest bag we had and brought it up to our apartment upstairs. Kazim looks very young for his age but he really shouldn’t carry heavy bags anymore. Later on Kazim drove us to a supermarket because he was afraid that otherwise we would spend too much time due to the traffic jams. They also organised for us a monthly ticket to the Botanical garden. (The family ticket is for 3 people and we were 4 but we just needed to mention Kazim‘ name and nobody asked any further). There was only one problem though: We were in the peak season and unfortunately we often had bad luck with Bolt taxis, they were all busy. Also the 10 Min. walk from the bot. garden back home is on the road for cars, a bit risky in the darkness.

I stayed in this beautiful cottage in Buknari for about a month, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true privacy, serenity, and breathtaking views — this is the place. The setting is magical. From the cottage, you can see layers of lush trees, majestic mountains, the sea stretching into the horizon, and the city lights sparkling at night. On clear days, you can even spot snow-covered peaks in the far distance. The soundscape is pure nature, a constant concert of birds throughout the day. The cottage itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. It’s so comfortable, beautifully surrounded by greenery, and incredibly quiet. I honestly wish I could live there full-time. Lena is an amazing host, always nearby if needed, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I had no issues during my stay. Everything was smooth and perfect. If you’re thinking about booking this place — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning to come back.
