Bordered by a river and fields. Enjoy view from the deck of this cabin that sleeps 9. 1.5 miles of river to explore. Blackstone griddle and electric grill. Grate at firepit. Cabin has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, 2 futons, love seat, and dining table. There is no kitchen! It is a coffee area with microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot (regular and pod), disposable dinnerware. Bedroom with queen bed. Loft with 3 twin beds. Bathroom, with shower (attached to the bedroom).

In winter we are adjacent to miles of snowmobile and cross country ski trails or skiing at Lookout Pass Ski Area.

The backyard is backed up to trees and mountains with a fire pit and a small hot tub. Plenty of parking and grassy front yard.

The space: 3rd floor condo with elevator access. Convenient location with great outdoor ground patio and indoor bike, storage room/ski lockers. Keurig coffee in room with pods provided. Guests can purchase water park passes, but they are not included in the rental price. Passes must be purchased online ahead of time (3 and under are free). This allows variety to your trip, and saves money if you are not planning on using the water park.
