We stayed two nights at Leonet’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Leonet and his family helped us with the check-in and gave us amazing local suggestions—everything from restaurants with great vegetarian options to hiking paths and other useful tips. The family was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel more at home. The house itself is fantastic. It has a beautiful outdoor space with a small river flowing through the garden, cozy seating areas with stone tables, and even a well, which adds to the peaceful and natural vibe of the place. The interior is also wonderful, decorated with Albanian touches and equipped with everything we needed. The top room was special, offering a great view of the whole village. Additionally the place was ideal—very close to Shkodër, but far enough from the crowds to enjoy

Toto ubytovanie bolo vynikajuco situovane, mimo rusnej ulice. Hostitel je skvely clovek, ochotny kedykolvek pomoct, aj napriek tomu, ze sa momentalne nenachadzal v Ulcinj, na vsetky prosby promptne reagoval, komunikoval so znamymi a ti ochotne pomohli s cimkolvek. Ubytovanie splnilo nase predstavy nad ocakavania, vrelo ho odporucame!

Ev yeni restorasyon yapılmış. İçindeki bütün eşyalar yeni alınmış. Bütün odalarda klimalar var. Evde iki adet çift kişilik yatak var. Ve iki yatak odası salon, mutfak ve ayrı mutfak bulunmakta. Her şeye anında dönüş yapılıyor. Manzara yok. Bahçesi güzel ve bakımlı. Teşekkür ederim

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus und die Lage sind klasse. Der Pool mit Aussicht ist ein echtes Highlight. Sanja ist eine sehr gute und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Alles Top.

Famille très accueillante. Restaurant excellent. Piscine et jacuzzi très propre et très beau cadre. Idéal pour des vacances paisible.

We enjoyed the stay in the old town. The apartment is a romantic place. Thanks to the host who did pick us up and guide as to parking and the place making it a relaxed experience.

Andjela und das gesamte Personal sind supernett! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, im eigenen Jakuzzi den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen bei dem Ausblick ist einmalig. Man ist allerdings bei der Lage auf Taxis oder Auto angewiesen.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

Budva merkeze yaklaşık 10 dakikalık mesafede bulunuyor. Mobilyalar dizayn harika. Ev sahibi de çok iyi iletişim olan birisiydi. Huzur dolu bir müstakil gezi geçirmek isteyenler için tavsiye ederim

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

It was a beautiful week in Montenegro and Nina’s villa made it even more amazing. I’m looking forward to visiting again very soon

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Great place for relaxation with a stunning mountain view. 10/10 House has some wornout interior elements and would benefit from a refurbishment but still very enjoyed staying at this place and would come again.

Mega polecam! Spędziliśmy tam jedną noc, ostatnią w naszej podróży po Czarnogórze, ale był to strzał w dziesiątkę! Mega spokojna okolica, na odludziu, ale tego nam było trzeba! Domek ma wszystkie wspomnniane udogodnienia i przepiękny widok! A kąpiel w balii po całym dniu? Niesamowite uczucie. Miłym zaskoczeniem było jedzenie/śniadanie pozostawione dla nas na następny dzień. Bardzo polecam!! Świetne miejsce i gospodarze!

Beautiful cabin, very well designed, incredible surroundings and very close to national park and old capital city. Very kind and responsive host.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich beeindruckend – modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber! Besonders der Whirlpool war ein Highlight: angenehm warm und perfekt zum Entspannen. In der Küche waren alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden, was das Kochen einfach machte. Es ist jedoch empfehlenswert, grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Öl und Küchenrolle selbst mitzubringen, da diese nicht vor Ort sind. Auch sollte man bedenken, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 45 Minuten entfernt liegen – daher besser vorab alles Nötige besorgen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert!

It's a beautiful place to stay and enjoy nature and the surrounding views. We had some horses and cats visiting us, and kids loved it. We stayed in house 2. All was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It has all basic equipment to even cook a meal. However, the house does need a bit of maintenance as it is visible that some guest unfortunately didn't look after the place.
