The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host, Chinmay Siri, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall stay experience was good. Place was good and clean. however Complimentary Breakfast was not organised well and there were not much menu options. Breakfast could have been organised better

We stayed there for 3 nights, I must say it's worth of your money. From all my bnb experiences, this property is well maintained, rooms,washrooms,kitchen are neat and clean. She has got her staff so gentle n dedicated towards their duty, jotiba kaka n his wife are above n beyond in prociding service. It offers a magnificent view of mountain. Location wise, its near to market n other points. Best part is the locality is calm n perfect to relax. Hope she maintains the property as it is.

We had an amazing stay at Kalpataru Farms! The property is absolutely beautiful, private, and surrounded by stunning views. The owner has thoughtfully ensured that every small detail is taken care of, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights of the stay was the gorgeous waterfront view visible from both rooms, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional—special thanks to cook Vishnu for serving delicious homemade food and to the caretaker, who went out of his way to help us get groceries for our babies’ meals, without any hesitation. Their warmth and service truly enhanced our experience.

Waking up to the view of the lake from bed, with the soft sound of leaves rustling, was incredibly calming — it felt like nature’s lullaby. The space is cosy and thoughtfully set up, with a sweet little kitchen, all the essentials, and a lovely outdoor area with We played badminton, enjoyed quiet indoor games, and simply relaxed — it was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts were kind, responsive, and always just a text or call away, which made us feel truly cared for. Yes, it’s the wilderness, so a few bugs are expected — but honestly, the beauty of the place far outweighs that. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back for a longer stay. A perfect escape that fills your Heart 💓

My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

We had a wonderful stay with extended family (group of 13, with kids n parents). 1. Beautiful Villa and exactly as in pictures and as described. 2. Host Sachin and the caretaker were really helpful with clear n proactive instructions on location, route. 3. Had discussion on food arrangements in advance so all was set n ready on our arrival. 4. Everything was fully functional and loved the experience with entire service staff. Very helpful, polite, responsive and accommodating!! 5. Food quality and quantity was also great! Small things like adhering to food timing can be surely improved a bit but their awesome attitude covers it all. 6. Swimming pool is bit smaller and water was really cold but that's weather. 7. Living room, a really spacious hall is the highlight of property. Perfect for large gatherings and elegant decor with personal touch. Everyone really felt right at ease. 8. Kids had a blast with gaming room while our group enjoyed music gathering and lively group activities.

The place is beautiful inside and out, the pool looks small in the photos but trust me it was good for 6-8 people easily, the place was neat and clean, caretaker Bhanu dada was so helpful and the food he bought was amaze specially the chicken. The views are breattaking from this place. I have been to many BNBs but I never felt like putting in a review but here I was compelled by how good the place was.
