The city is very interesting with traditional architecture, small paths, and some of the best temples in Japan. Onomichi is the gateway to the Setouchi-sea. You can rent bicycles and cross Shimanami Kaido by them. Try it! When you arrive at the station, we will pick you up. If you go cycling in the morning, we will keep your big baggage in our house. We will help you enjoy the city to the full!!

This is a small pension using vacant rooms of my own house. B&B Shiokaze is located in Mukaishima, which is an island 5 minutes by ferry from Onomichi station. This is a perfect place for travelers who want an inexpensive room. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Onomichi. We serve you a breakfast. You can choose a Western style or a Japanese style. We do not serve dinner. You can go out for dinner or you can bring something back. We have free Wi-Fi for our guests.

It is a 4-storied building in a convenient residential area with good access to the down town. The 3rd and 4th floors are our residences(guest house with breakfast). It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the Peace Park , downtown from our house. (Bicycle rental available)
