A truly unique elevated south facing location a stones throw from the sea, the only property right by the sea offering spectacular sea loch views to both South and West for watching sea life, porpoise and dolphins are seen regularly from this corner as are seals and otters. On entering Windwords people often comment of having a sense of stepping aboard a boat! Each bedroom holds commanding views out to sea from the comfort of your bed. The Bothy, Ben Damph Estate

The perfect off-grid bothy to spend a week relaxing or just a few days break while travelling on the NC500. The Bothy was hand-built with stone from a ruined croft to recreate a traditional Highlands home. The rustic dwelling has no electricity but plenty of charm. There are two bedrooms with wood burning stoves. Bring your own sleeping bags or request linen. The kitchen/ dining area is a timber frame 'sitooterie' that looks out at the Torridon Hills. The composting loo has the best view of all!

The Cottage

The Cottage is a traditional cottage in the picturesque Highland village of Shieldaig which has been carefully extended and refurbished to provide comfortable high quality accommodation for up to 5 guests. We are located close to the pier and the walled front garden borders the sea. There are also extensive secluded rear gardens to explore. The village has good amenities. The hotel and shop are a five minute walk and Nanny's coffee shop is even nearer. STL Licence HI 10107-F EPC rating D62

Family home in the heart of beautiful shieldaig.

A 3 bedroom family home suited to family of 4. Situated in the centre of the village close to amenities. This is house my husband grew up in, we have moved to village from city living. We now live close by to this home. The home is end terraced, with back and front garden. The front garden offering stunning side sea view. Our home has been lived in with our family and is in need of general maintenance. This is something we are working through with each month, please bear this is mind.

Alltan is a modern house situated right on the NC500 on the foot of Beinn Shieldaig. It has a private drive and a large garden. Wifi is available. The accommodation is self-catering and includes continental breakfast ingredients, i.e. tea, coffee, eggs, cheese, yoghurts, cereal, milk, toast and fruit are available to guests. The unit has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a combination microwave and kitchen equipment.

Shore Cottage, by the sea, amazing views.

As close to the sea as you could get. Peaceful and private. No road in front. Spacious grounds with stream, bridge and trees. Just the two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 singles). Fantastic kitchen, dining, living room space with 6 windows for maximum sunlight and views and a wood burning stove. Situated at one end of the village within walking distance of pub, restaurants and shop. Perfect spot for watching sea eagles, otters, seals and sunsets. Magical and inspiring!
