My family and I absolutely loved this beautifully preserved historic home! The peaceful comfort you feel in this home can't be matched. Our favorite spaces were the front porch & the living area. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Such a cute place! The interior decor was excellent, nice appliances (even had a washer & dryer available), great instructions. She literally thought of everything to make your stay special! I actually felt like I was staying at a family member’s place because it was so comfortable and had everything I might need at my fingertips! I will definitely be staying here each time I go to see my grandbabies! Even my 7 yo grandson said, “Wow, this is a nice house!”. Thank you Tabatha for making our stay so wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in Lena’s Airbnb! The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. Truly a home away from home. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in McKinney!

A comfortable and clean little place, safe neighborhood, soft beds and wonderfully communicative and gracious hosts. We ended up needing to book with short notice and then needing to extend our visit suddenly due to a sick family member at Texoma Med Center. We experienced the utmost level of flexibility and understanding from these hosts, and it was truly a blessing. Downtown Denison is adorable and has several great restaurants-Rustico and 34 Chophouse were our favorites. If for some reason you need to eat in the hospital there’s a fantastic coffee shop/cafe called Evolution-highly recommend. We were just so pleased to have the use of this home and to have such understanding from our hosts-thank you guys so very much!

Shannon’s barn is super fun but also peaceful. She showed me all the animals, took lots of photos, and gave me some feed for the animals in the morning! Super friendly and overall just a great relaxing time.

Awesome location full of tons of outdoor activities to include fishing, the pool and hiking trails. House had all the necessary amenities!

Patty’s place was well stocked with pillows/blankets and also had plenty of items you need with small children such as a high chair and kitchen utensils. Overall we had a great stay.

Roy & Christina are absolutely amazing hosts! Very communicative and accommodating! The photos don’t do this place justice— it looks WAY better in person & is extremely spacious. Would definitely book again in the future!

Great host and always responsive. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for pet friendly environment. The yard is great for dogs. The use of the garage was much appreciated. The area is very quiet and good neighborhood. The home had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We especially loved taking advantage of all the outdoor activities available—there was something for everyone to enjoy. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even stopped by to let us know about a nearby storm shelter, just in case the weather took a turn, which made us feel extra safe and cared for. Top-notch hospitality all around. We highly recommend booking with this host—you won’t be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I was looking for a place where I could have some peace and my dogs could stretch their legs. I never dreamed I would find such a perfect and beautiful spot. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Christine was responsive, kind, proactive, and more. The house had everything I needed, and it was the most relaxed and comfortable. I have felt in a long time. I loved it so much I booked again! If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from it all close to the DFW area you cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

Did not want to leave, wish I owned this as my personal home. Cabin had everything we could possibly need right down to games. The area is great as we felt undisturbed by anyone and we easily found places to hike the woods and go to the lake. everything was spotless, wifi, hot water, temperature control all worked perfectly. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The fire pit was phenomenal, the biggest we have come across and it was so nice on a cold night. Funny enough I think one of my favorite things was the back porch looking into the trees where my daughter and I had coffee each morning, it felt special for us. The perfect get away.

I’ve stayed in Sherman at several locations. This location is very quiet and not a lot of outside noise, i.e. trains, dogs, etc…

The house was amazing and everything you could need for a great stay! With the rainy weather we had games to play and were able to relax. Amazingly clean and a ton of extras that I have not seen at other rentals. Thank you for everything Heather and we will be back!

Beautiful loft with lots of character. The Iron Bar and Grill on the corner has really good live music which we could enjoy from the patio (but not when inside, it’s quiet inside.) Jennifer was always responsive about any questions we had, and very friendly and hospitable. We loved our stay there.

She was such a sweet lady! Very accommodating to last minute changes & very responsive to getting back to you! Loved her home, we all kept saying it’s what we would love to have as a lake house. So serene and peaceful! The fireplace was even a better perk to have due to us getting rained out the entire trip, but the house more than made up for it!

This was exactly what we needed for my whole family to get together under one roof and have fun the entire time. We played pool, dominoes, jenga, the golf arcade game and relaxed with our 2 dogs. Thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming to your wonderful cabin.

I really enjoyed my stay. It's a great space. Hosts were great. They were responsive if I reached out, and proactive about things they thought I might have needed. It was peaceful and the animals were a delightful bonus. Highly recommended!!
