We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

We have stayed here before and it was a great location. Host is responsive and friendly. Would recommend. I definitely would come back here. Parking is a little tight so a smaller car is better.

Charles place was great! It felt comfortable right away and I loved the bed have never slept so well before! Charles was kind and was willing to help us when I had to keep luggage at his place longer than expected. Place was comfy and homie which I love, and the view from window is wonderful! Overall great stay and would recommend!

They were quick to answer back any questions I had and very good host !

Kates place was peaceful, private and perfect for our trip. We needed to be close to Cedars and West Hollywood for both personal and professional reasons. Kate is a very detailed and helpful host who has created a magical garden for her guests. This was a very mini paradise. It was so lovely to wake up every morning and watch the humming birds fly around and feed on the plants. Thank Kate! We will be back soon

Rasha is an excellent and responsive host, offering a beautiful place that looks exactly like the photos in beautiful quiet and leafy area of Studio City. There’s a great coffee shop a short walk away and ample parking. It was clean and private and the tub in the large bathroom is great too! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rasha and this space.

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

Ein Traum!! Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause! Viele schöne und geschmackvolle Details. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und gemütlicher Hinterhof/Garten. Die kleine Küche reichte sehr gut aus für unser Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Etwas ringhörig aber ok. Werden für LA definitiv wieder hierher kommen. Danke!

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

I love Lydia’s place. She was very communicative throughout the entire stay. I love the small basket of snacks left as well and the personable letterboard! I felt so welcome and the area was peaceful and not far from Sofi Stadium. I also loved that there were a few small essentials that you wouldn’t think of bringing there too! I also can’t forget the backyard hammock with an awesome view! This stay was absolutely phenomenal.

Whenever I need a place in this area, I always check to see if his place is available. I even change my dates sometimes to when it is available. I feel comfortable there and appreciate having a clean secure place to stay. Mark is very responsive and helpful if needed.

I had a great stay in Los Angeles. The property is super homey and comfortable inside but the real highlight is the garden! Make sure to check it out during your stay :)

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

Warren's place was lovely and in a great location. Finding nearby parking spaces was fairly tricky for us but the place itself was great and it had everything we needed!

great price point, beautiful views of the rocky peak area mountains, East side of Simi valley. Plenty of wildlife to sit and observe, peacocks here and there, pretty cool! accommodations are excellent, nice bedroom, separate TV room, full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Everything you need, even washer/dryer. highly recommend

Stay was excellent. Hosts were very helpful and were able to accommodate an early check in as well as adding an extra night for us. The space was exactly as pictured and the use of space was impressive. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything! If we come back to that area we would stay there again.
