Additional $30/night per bed if using the extra beds in the great room. Note: The Carriage House does not have a stove top or oven. Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

The house is located in a neighborhood in Sheridan, a (very) small logging community in the middle of some great places to hike, go wine tasting and enjoy the Pacific Northwest and the beautiful Willamette Valley. The house is only 20 minutes away from downtown McMinnville and 10 minutes away from Amity. McMinnville and Amity both have great places to eat that are included in our guidebook.
