Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Mia’s place is excellent. Exactly what the listing describes and more — Mia is a great host and super attentive despite us being a last minute booking, she even helped us through a tough time late in the day when I thought my daughter’s stuffie had been picked up by the maid service. Above and beyond!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at Carey’s beautiful home. It looks just like the photos and is the perfect charming stay for 2 friends or couples. The location is fabulous—about 10 minutes to all the attractions of Southampton but also very secluded. We loved walking to the beach at the end of the road, visiting Lunch for Lobster Rolls, taking tennis lessons close by at the water mill community center, and even driving about 20 mins to Sagtown coffee in Sag Harbor. On sunny days we enjoyed reading our books out by the water. Carey was a fabulous host and was extremely communicative from the minute we booked all through our stay. For any minor things that needed attention (like a changed lightbulb or sticky doorknob), she had a lovely local handyman come by within a day, all the while communicating with us to ensure it worked with our schedule—what more could you want from an Airbnb host?! We can’t wait to hopefully return soon.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We had a lovely stay. Eddie was always very responsive to any questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The house is spacious and was very clean upon our arrival. The outdoor spaces would have been great if we had better weather, and the backyard had privacy. I would recommend booking with Eddie!

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Five stars! One of our best Airbnb experiences. We LOVED Cottage 2, and our friends rented Cottage 1, so we spent a magical weekend together. The cottage felt roomy inside with everything you might need — extra pillows, cooking tools, fluffy white bath towels, colorful beach towels, red wagons for the kids, Adirondack chairs in the garden, soccer balls... We immediately felt at home. The beach is a block away, and you can see the sparkling water from the porch of the cottage. Easy parking, easy communication. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

A beautiful, relaxing and peaceful setting and a quick and easy trip to town. Great views and house was perfect with tons of amenities and perfect to bring our dog. Host was fantastic and so responsive. An amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

We were in town for a family wedding. Home is beautifully appointed, spotless and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and my family loved the area beaches and neighborhood. Neighbors were also very welcoming. First time renting an air B&B and we absolutely loved this home. Would highly recommend beautiful and serene views from third floor balcony.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Sue's and Danny's place. The beach is very special with beautiful sunsets, and the cabin is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A great weekend getaway!

John’s place is absolutely stunning! The deck and the dock made for beautiful mornings with coffee and evenings with wine. It’s a short drive from a few beaches or to the ferry to fire island. Overall would definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.
