Monthly Rentals in Shell Island

We evacuated our area due to hurricane Milton and arived late. Ernest was very accommodating. He greeted us although we checked in late. He checked on us throughout our stay and even blocked a few extra days beyond our reservation in case we needed it since we wouldn't have power back home. Ernest went above and beyond and we are forever grateful. The home is nice and cozy, peaceful and close to the beach and many things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Glenda’s place. The kitchen was well supplied and the gas grill on the patio works great. It was very roomy and looks well kept like the pictures. We liked having a big screen TV in the LR. There are Tv’s in both bedrooms but we did not use them. The extra beds were great when you have kids. The location is perfect in the property, a very short walk to the beach and close to pools, mini golf and pickle ball. You need bring our own beach chairs and umbrella, which we always do anyway. It is quiet and the complex is secure. Glenda responded very quickly when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. It is across the road from the beach but did have beach views. Responsive host that checked in on us after check-in.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to PC for the Florida Jeep Jam! It is clean, private, affordable, and in a good neighborhood close to the highway, restraunts, and beaches. I highly recommend booking this place if looking for something in the area!
