Bonnie view Hilltop retreat was the perfect destination for our long weekend visit to Ventnor. Having read all the reviews, my expectations were already quite high but I can honestly say after visiting we were truly blown away! The attention to detail is next to none and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Communication was also great from beginning to end. Thanks so much for a remarkable and peaceful stay!

Lovely spacious property with everything provided that you would need for a weekend stay and self cater. We had family over to visit and easily had 12 of us for lunch and great outdoor space for kids and dogs.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We had a lovely very last minute stay at Stephs, absolutely beautiful home, was spotless. I felt right at home 🏡 comfortable beds beautiful garden large kitchen everything we could need for ourselves and our 7 month old son, perfect location very impressed great value for what we got would definitely recommend and return 🙂 Thankyou Steph 🙂

Lovely house, great location in town close to beach and shops/restaurants. Our favourite bit was the deck at the back of the house with the view out to the sea! Kathryn was a model host- communicative, helpful. Would heartily recommend!

The Old Chapel was the perfect spot for our family holiday, a beautifully converted property and with great access to all corners of the island. Lu was very helpful from booking through to our stay! Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for any more. The house was perfect for us - 3 adults and two kids (11yo and 13yo). More than enough space for us all with the 2.5 bathrooms, well furnished rooms & perfectly equipped kitchen. I’d brought a few basic essentials with us but everything that we needed was already provided. It was clear that there’s a lot of pride taken in the house - it was clean and finished to a high standard - that goes for the little things like the bed linen & towels too. The views are beautiful & it was an easy walk into the town & to the beach, where there was a great pub with evening entertainment and delicious food. We drove around the island so didn’t use the public transport but the guide of the local area was really helpful and Mark came back quickly to any questions that I had. The bottle of wine and snacks left for us was a really nice touch - thank you. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Cottage over the weekend. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable — everything felt carefully thought out and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved the extra touches like chocolates, prosecco, and handy kitchen essentials waiting for us when we arrived. It really set the tone for a relaxing break. One small note is that it would have been lovely if the hot tub had been pre-heated for our arrival, as it was too cold to use on the first day. But once it warmed up, we definitely made the most of it for the rest of the weekend. Overall, Bay Cottage is a fantastic place to stay and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommended!

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. The space itself was impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully appointed—comfortable, private, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Even better than expected. Great location. Stunning views from the apartment. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed in it and some extra touches that were very much appreciated. Well worth the money. Would definitely go back/recommend to others.

Jo is a great host. Friendly, fun and helpful. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. All of the rooms are lovely but the master bedroom is stunning. We loved every minute and hope to go back as soon as we can. Thank you, Jo.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Lovely apartment and great host, we had an issue with a blown fuse the first night and Stacey responded to my message quickly and as she was away she got someone else to come round to get it sorted within the hour.

Bright, spacious and comfortable apartment which was perfect for my partner and I and our little doggie. Fab shower and comfortable bed with fresh linen and towels. Ideal location for a short stroll into Cowes town centre and all the fantastic restaurants. We had no trouble checking in - really clear and easy instructions and we also had no trouble finding free street parking. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to IOW - thank you Kim!

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

Great location on the picturesque Military Road. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms; clean and well equipped kitchen. Tranquil place and good feature of video game for teenagers and non. Next time we will try the free sauna!

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.
