Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.
