Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seyssel

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Séjour très agréable, bien accueilli, Janet nous a dit " c'est comme à la maison" , et c'était le cas. Cadre magnifique au pied des montagnes. Le studio est très sympa pour une famille de 4 personnes et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Janet pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils.

Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable, il y a tout le confort et l'environnement est magnifique et calme. Hôte très réactive, je recommande et compte bien y revenir.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt alle Wünsche. Grosser Aussenbereich mit Platz für Spiele, schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche & natürlich das Highlight: Der grosse Pool. Nicolas ist ein super Gastgeber & Unterstützt/Hilft auch während des Aufenthalts wenn notwendig.

Hôte très réactif et chaleureux. Logement original, plein de surprises et bien équipé. Arrivée facile avec les instructions claires et détaillées.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien équipé, avec un jacuzzi qui offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux, avec des hôtes très accueillant ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un moment de détente en pleine nature. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte de Frédérique et Jacques. Extrêmement bien équipé, avec des petits détails très appréciables, très propre. Très bel environnement aux alentours. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié La petite corbeille d’accueil avec quelques produits locaux. Et les hôtes , très gentils et serviables !! Nous reviendrons et recommandons sans hésiter !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Claire, fast eine Woche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hochwertige Materialien, alles sehr großzügig (z.B. genügend Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife etc.). Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr angenehm.

L'une des meilleures réservation que j'ai pu faire. Jean Luc est d'une grande gentillesse (le repas possible sur place est un plus et les produits proposés sont de très bonne qualité). Des hôtes très discret et très réactif en cas de besoin. Le logement est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement aménagé, avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé deux jours au top. Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élisabeth et Frédéric : location propre, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du spa face à la montagne. Tout était parfait, même la météo! Élisabeth et Frédéric étaient de très bons conseils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Off the beaten path, but close to both towns & cities. Space was very modern & luxurious. Worked great for 6 of us with more personal space to share than a hotel.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and safe, yet just minutes away from shops, cafés, and transport links. It made getting around so convenient, whether I was exploring or just relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. It was quiet, cozy, and had such a calming energy — I genuinely looked forward to coming back every evening. Laure is an amazing host — kind, attentive, and respectful of your space. I truly appreciated her hospitality, and I’m already looking forward to staying again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! 🌟💛

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
