Absolutely beautiful area and gorgeous home that is meticulously maintained! If you want a place to stay that is away from it all you can’t bear this home. It was very clean. There is Owls Head golf course just down the road which is beautiful with spectacular view and a great restaurant. There is a small grocery store very close in Mansonville along with a nice coffee shop and another great restaurant. Honestly just driving around the dirt roads in Mansonville, Potton and Highwater will literally take your breath away, the views are unmatched. There is plenty to do within 30-60 minutes (especially if you like the outdoors) but why would you ever want to leave this place. If you need somewhere to get away and clear your head look no further, this is it!

Simply an extraordinary experience at the Maison de la Promenade. The house is fantastic in a historic property with a lot of charm and renovated in the critical points, such as bathrooms and kitchen. It offers comfort, with a game room, TV room, whirlpool, fireplaces, barbecue and a beautiful balcony. Also a highlight for Julien and Mélanie, who are great hosts and were very kind to allow access to recover a lost object. The Estrie region is a jewel of Quebec, for its natural and cultural attractions. Highly recommended!

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

We had a lovely stay at the Whimsy Cottage for a weekend ski trip at Jay Peak ~15 mins away. The cottage was comfortable with lots of space, kitchen amenities for cooking, and appreciated the extra linens/ bedding. Located right off the highway, but was not too noisy at night except for the occasional passing of cars. Enjoyed the easy access of the gas station/ deli across the street for breakfast sandwiches and limited groceries. Sarita was a very responsive and friendly host, would recommend.

Josh was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. This was my first time visiting Vermont, and I absolutely fell in love with it! The place matched its description perfectly, offering plenty of space and comfort. I couldn’t have asked for a better host to make my first experience in this stunning countryside state truly unforgettable.

We were in a bind and couldn’t get to our house in the evening of our arrival. David was amazing and very quick to respond. He helped us find the house easily and was very helpful for the whole weekend! I highly recommend David and this property!

Great location near biking trails, hikes, and the lakes in the region. The cottage is very cozy and peaceful, and incredibly well stocked for cooking meals and welcoming dogs. The view from the yard is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

Cristal’s chalet is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. It’s located right on the lake, which makes mornings extra special, you can enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Cristal is super friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. I had friends visiting from the States, and they were completely blown away by the stunning nature and the charm of the property. It’s a solid 10 out of 10, we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This was a veryyy nice relaxing place. Clean, easy access, right on the water with the international buoys in sight. Grill and coffee easy to work... had no reason to turn on the telly... Just right for a couples getaway... lovely yard with firepit and hummingbirds to watch over us.

Beautiful cabin. The photos do not do it justice. The lake was so peaceful and we had such a relaxing time as a family. The cabin did experience a power outage for a few hours but it was thankfully resolved. We would absolutely stay here again.

Greg and Ricky’s cozy home on Cole’s Pond is lovely and well-appointed.Nothing for cooking, serving, and enjoying a home cooked meal has been forgotten. We were greeted with delicious, carefully selected gifts, all from Vermont upon our arrival 😊 The gorgeous landscaping in the front yard attracts hummingbirds & bumblebees. The pond view out back is sublime, and floor-to-ceiling windows allow a perfect view. Not satisfied with looking at the pond, we warmed up by kayaking, and finished with an invigorating swim. There is harmless pond silt & vegetation, but you can float past it on a noodle or raft. The pond water is clear & refreshing! We visited local towns, farmer’s markets, and breweries. (“Of First and Last Things” is our latest pick at Hill Farmstead.) No matter what the excursions, we were always happy to return to the clean air, views, and silence of the pond. We hope to return to Loonhaven. Greg & Ricky are perfect hosts!

We had an idyllic weekend at this magical place! Tatebrook Cottage is perfectly situated right on beautiful Caspian Lake, with a lovely (sandy!) beach, kayaks to use, and fabulous views out to the mountains. The cottage is extremely well laid out and outfitted, roomy enough to stretch out and do our own things, but with a warm and cozy feeling. Things are pristine inside and out. We loved exploring the gorgeous area on foot and by kayak, then coming back to cook excellent meals. Jennifer was a gracious and generous host, very clear and very responsive. We feel grateful to our hosts for such a wonderful visit!

A truly magical camp nestled in the trees with glacial boulders sculpted by nature all around. Cozy and comfortable bedrooms with open living/kitchen area for relaxing and socializing with family. (Cards, puzzles, board games…) The small back deck was nice for grilling or bird watching sipping morning tea. Our favorite spot was the small beach area which was shaded and sandy ledge for the best swimming ever rain or shine!

The lake house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable retreat during a ski trip. Steve and Kat were wonderful: super friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

The place was perfect for a winter wonderland getaway! Extremely cozy, close to town, and a comfortable ride to Jay. Kitchen was fully stocked and the place overlooks a beautiful lake. Great place to stay with my two boys and pup. Thank you John and Gwen!
