Daiana was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all my questions. The apartment is lovely, with a wonderfully powerful shower! The neighbourhood is very residential with no nearby shops or restaurants. But if you are going to an event at the Yale Bowl or nearby sports area (which I was), it is very convenient. And it is less than 10 minutes by car or Uber from downtown New Haven. Daiana's beautiful apartment and very friendly attitude made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for a few day trip to visit New Haven. I was only ever a 10-20 minute walk from the house and it is on a quiet street. There are a couple other rooms occupied but I almost never ran into any one else! If i did people were friendly. The kitchen came in handy and the other amenities were appreciated (wifi, clean bathroom, other furnished and comfy common spaces). I think the most gratitude I felt was at checkout when I was delayed in leaving and I was quickly accommodated. Thanks to Naomi for the lovely stay!

Dale and is very nice and friendly and the room is really cozy as she named. The house is clean and very well kept and with very unique pieces of art . Also a beautiful backyard with a gazebo you can enjoy Dale work hard in order her guests feel like home. I love the shower, the towels, also you can use Washer and Dryer and breakfast is included. Wifi and TV working perfect. Must of the time she is out working, so for me it was ok just was needing a quiet place to stay for a few days. Thank you Dale!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Estela’s place. Her home is immaculate, peaceful, and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a restful night’s sleep. Estela is a kind and compassionate host—she checked on me after long days out, which meant a lot as I was there during my dad’s final days. I highly recommend staying at her home. I’ll be returning on Wednesday for my dad’s funeral and will be staying there again. – Mona
