The villa was great, the location was easy to find, clean, and welcoming at check-in.The inside of the villa is superb with lawns, greenery, decorations etc and the swimming pool is fresh.The host was very friendly, very patient, forgot something to the villa, the landlord helped send it back.Worth recommending, I will recommend to my friends.

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

Very good villa, which matches the pictures. You definitely have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a little too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path that could be expanded. But otherwise, if you rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. I'd love to come back.

We thank Ms. Halime for her hospitality. She was extremely tolerant and friendly, she met all our questions and needs, she hosted us very well. The location of the house was great, you can meet all your needs within walking distance. It was a nice experience. I recommend it.

This villa in Kalkan was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking; it had a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was extremely modern and tastefully furnished, especially the lighting was very stylish. The cleanliness was excellent, everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly polite and sincere, helped us with everything and welcomed us very well. We had a truly unforgettable vacation experience. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind! we thank Yasin and his wife for the great hospitality and making us feel as it was our own house. house is actually even better than the photos. both garden and inside has a great atmosphere and comfort, totally separating you from the street. pool is quite big for a villa, and cleaned daily. many seating options available.

We had a lovely 2 weeks here! Left to enjoy our holiday but someone always there if we needed to ask questions! Villa is lovely and just as shown in the pictures. Mountain View is great! Local to shops and bars if you are good on your feet its walkable but perfect if you have a hire car or you can use the taxi call button and they come straight away :) We would have returned next year as we loved it however next year’s prices are too steep for us unfortunately. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our vacation was short, but we plan to come back at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very spacious garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came and cleaned the pool early.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car 3-4 minutes. I've vacationed in many places in the area, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions instantly, thank you again for your hospitality, we hope to see you as soon as possible

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

The house is 7-8 minutes by car from the center of Ölüdeniz, you go uphill a little bit, but there is no vehicle noise around, you can only hear the sounds of birds, the house was clean and tidy, the host was very interested, thank you for everything

We’ve had a great stay in Mehmet’s villa. This place is really beautiful, nice and clean. It’s close to all the attractions, bars and shops . We will be back.

It was a very convenient, pleasant home for crowded holidays. Having a pool was a big plus for us. It was among the benefits of having air conditioning in every room and 5 bathrooms. The sea was within walking distance, it would be perfect if it were a little closer. Overall, we were very happy. Mr. Ramazan and his son Mustafa were very caring hosts. Thank you again.

Furkan is an incredibly nice and attentive host. Always helpful at any time. Bed linen, hot water, salt, pepper... he helped to solve any problem right away. Separately, I want to say about the house, it is very cozy and is not on the roadway Beautiful pool and outdoor area where we had beautiful breakfasts. In general, if you want to relax with comfort and do not worry about anything, then this house is for you. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. We stayed for 4 days, it was a magnificent house, we had a peaceful and enjoyable time in the garden in the evenings, the house was as it appeared in the photos, the pool was sufficient, it was close to the market or shopping places, Ms. Fatoş is a wonderful person, she helped with everything, we thank her, we will definitely come again, this place is where we will come. I recommend it wholeheartedly

We had a great stay at the villa. Our host was very kind, respectful, and responsive. The villa itself was beautiful and charming. The bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the pool was excellent — we really enjoyed it. I do have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better: 1. It would be great to use cotton bed sheets for added comfort. 2. Providing some basic spices, like salt and pepper, in the kitchen would be very helpful. 3. Having a few dishwasher tablets or some dishwashing liquid and other basic consumables available would make short stays more convenient, so guests don’t have to purchase all these items themselves. 4. Repairing the ping pong table and providing a few good rackets would add another fun activity for guests to enjoy. Overall, we loved our stay

This villa was excellently kept and maintained. It was a great location for getting into Fethiye old town. It was a great place to chill out with a nice pool, working TV, BBQ. Would definitely recommend

Mr. Emre is a very gentleman, smiling, helpful person. The villa was very clean, except for the furniture outside. He immediately contacts us in any situation related to the house and helps to solve the problems. The house is very useful. We stayed for 5 days and never had a hot water problem. The house only has a few shortcomings. The people who come need to be prepared. There were no materials such as grill wire, charcoal, kindling, etc. for the barbecue. There was a rope for drying clothes, but there was no latch. There are no cleaning materials except dishwashing detergent (laundry detergent, oil remover, bleach, etc.) Except for these, everything was good, we had a pleasant time, thank you very much. Even though it was only May, the pool was filled and cleaned.

The villa was in a peaceful location, surrounded by local farming. Yilmaz was very pleasant host, helpful and responsive. He arranged an airport pick up for us which was helpful. He also allowed us a late check out as our flight was in the evening. A car was essential as the shopping and beaches were far. Toiletries were not supplied but he bought them for us as soon as we requested them . Lovely host We really enjoyed our stay here. Shame the amenities were not within walking distance.
