Located in Üzümlü, Fethiye, our fully renovated stone house with a garden offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in the midst of nature. Our 1+1 house has 2 bathrooms & toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. Ideal for guests looking for a stone house for daily rent, our home is suitable for short- and long-term stays. A free ceramic workshop experience is also offered during your stay. Our house, located in the center of Üzümlü, is within walking distance to wineries and grocery stores, and a 20-minute drive to the bays.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
