On the edge of Sèvre Nantaise and in the heart of the Vendée countryside, the Louisière is a former agricultural estate where the Château, the Ferme and the Etable have formed an elegant and peaceful ensemble since 1845. Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it allows you to enjoy all the tourist attractions of the region, to discover the richness of its history, and the beauty of its landscapes. Before the renovation work, this house was an authentic stable that has retained all the charm of its history.

Cette maison rénovée à l'ambiance chaleureuse grâce à ses murs en pierres apparentes est composée au RDC de la cuisine et du salon avec son poêle; à l'étage, d'1 chambre traversante, de la salle d'eau , d'1 wc indépendant et d'1 chambre avec 1 lit double en 160. Un espace extérieur privé avec table et un commun agréable avec salon de jardin.Pour votre confort tout est compris dans votre séjour, draps de lit, serviettes de toilette, tapis de douche et torchons. En option panier petit déjeuner.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located 5 min. by car from Puy du Fou and close to the village of Epesses. Maximum capacity 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms with a double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outside area with terrace. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented for 10 euros per person (1 pair of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wi-Fi connection from 02/2026. Pets not allowed.

Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, the "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" cottage welcomes you in a green setting, with views of the fields just 200 m from Lac de la Vouraie. Close to major highways (A83 and 2x2) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and Puy du Fou, its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly. The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
