Townhome vacation rentals in Seville

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

We were a group of friends visiting Seville and decided to choose this house. Despite being 30 minutes from the center of Seville, the stay was wonderful, the house was very well prepared and as there were very hot days we were able to enjoy the pool that the house offers. Super recommended!

Always responds within a few minutes. I was also pleased with the possibility of boiling water in a kettle and storing food in the fridge. Free parking at the accommodation. Close to Seville. We felt right at home, Mercedes is a SUPER kind, helpful, generous, affectionate woman and has a fantastic atmosphere in her home, as well as some incredible colleagues!! We needed more time to spend with everyone!! Your space in Aljarafe is very cool and comfortable, close to the metro station (Ciudad Expo, a short distance from Seville) that has a shopping mall with a Mercadona right next door. Although it is far from downtown Seville, the metro connects you easily and quickly to the main sites of the city. Quiet, safe and quiet area. The room is cool and has comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and has hot water and good pressure. However, the best thing is the people who live there, a hug Mercedes!! It was a pleasure to meet you!! A big Colombian hug!!

The room is very good, it is close to downtown Seville, just 5-10 min walk. In addition, Isabel is very friendly and allowed us to arrive a little earlier to drop off our bags and also told us that since there was no one after our departure, we could stay longer, but we already had the bird caught

I had a very enjoyable stay at Maria’s place. The house was spotless, very cosy, and equipped with everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. The location is quiet and handy. Maria was very welcoming, and made sure I had the best stay possible. Highly recommend her place – I’d definitely come back!

The biggest mistake of me is that I just booked 2 nights at the Araceli's place. If I had more time, I would have booked more days even weeks. Araceli and their family was very kind and willing to help me a lot. I also enjoyed the breakfast that she made everyday. If I go Seville again, hopefully there are no bookings so that I can book many days for me. Araceli's place is definitely a place to come back again. I wish all the best for her and her family. I already miss this place...

Very kind, he helped me a lot from the beginning, everything was super clean. It's far from downtown but you can get there quickly by bus.

nice little house near all food shops and train station not too far on foot. the interior needs a good cleaning, very dusty, gutted sofa, uncomfortable armchair, imposing furniture. Some cooking utensils need to be reviewed and a Dutch oven is missing, too small for 4 adults. We didn't see our Cécile, just her son on arrival for the key handover and no one for the checkout.

I recommend housing 100%. Located very close to the metro, in less than 20 mins you will be in the center of Sevilla. In addition, Flor responds very quickly, gives you all the information you need and cares about the proper installation of his hosts. The accommodation is clean and spacious. I will go back without hesitation!

We have enjoyed the accomodation. It is at great place - calm place, close to city centre by subway. The room was clean, simple and sufficient. We have enjoyed having a breakfast in the small front garden in the share of a tree.

Use subway as credit card. We are fined for misuse of the section?I paid it. We didn't even get a card discount for 1 euro by mistake, but I bought the wrong round trip card for cash and lost almost 10 euros. For this money, I found a place near the city. Nevertheless, I liked this neighborhood. I don't regret it. It's not soundproofed, but I met a quiet neighbor. It was fun to eat duck for a walk in the neighborhood. We're in the middle of preparing the pool, so it's a shame we couldn't use it. I love the good lady who cleans it.

Very nice place, quiet and clean. All automatic for the doors so a lot of freedom for the time schedule on vacation.

There is a shared kitchen, a living and dining area and bathroom with showers. The rooms are each provided with my code in the doorknob. The code is 30 minutes before check-in.

We stayed in 11 Airbnb properties during our trip in Spain. This was the only single family home in suburban settings. The house is very spacious and clean. We could park the car right in front of the gate, which is a rare feature in Spain. Taking Metro trains to the city center was very easy. We walked five minutes to the station and took a 15 minute train ride (6 stops) to Pueta Jerez, from where you can walk to most attractions in town. The 1-day Metro pass costed us only 4.8 euros per person. We found that parking in town was not as bad if you go there early to take a spot in the public underground parking. Brad is a great communicator. He always responded to my questions promptly, even 2 in the morning! He gave us many useful advices that made our visit more enjoyable. We had the pleasure to meet the owner cohost Alexis. He is very friendly and great person to chat with. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it to any visitor to Sevilla.

This was an amazing apartment & amazing location. The apartment was located in the historic area of Seville. Everything was as described. I would highly recommend this apartment and will probably stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. Miguel is responsive and readily available. The place is peaceful and secure, twenty minutes from Seville by car. We were able to enjoy the kitchen and fridge. The kitchen is very functional, although it shows some signs of use. This did not affect our stay, which went very well!

Javier is amazing, super helpful and attentive. The house is very nice, cozy and super clean. Super good for hosting a large group of people. I advise everyone who wants to have a vacation home in Seville. We will definitely be back more often

Luigui and his brother were very friendly and helpful during the stay. The room is small but comfortable and has a terrace that makes the place more welcoming. The house is in a quiet area and very close to the subway, in 10 minutes you can get to the city center. I'd definitely go back.
