Te despertarás cada mañana con vistas a un increíble jardín con árboles frutales y flores y podrás tomar el desayuno en una gran terraza mirando el monte. Detalles como la escalera de caracol o los arcos de piedra hacen de nuestra casa un sitio especial y diferente. La piscina es súper refrescante durante estos meses y tiene iluminación nocturna para que puedas disfrutar de un baño bajo las estrellas.

The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

A car is absolutely necessary and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

It is located in a very quiet village, making it ideal for relaxing with your partner, or to establish a place from which to visit everything that Madrid offers. Warner Park, Xanadu's indoor snow track, Safari Madrid, Casa de Campo Zoo, Toledo, Aldea del Fresno beaches, and much more, are what you can visit from our accommodation. If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft, 70 square meters, with access to the independent house. Spacious and modern. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

Independent, short-term, outdoor and very bright room. Located in the urban area. The ecological path can be traveled on foot, by bicycle or even by horse. Brunete is connected to central Madrid by two bus lines, the 581 to Príncipe Pio station and the 627 bus to the Moncloa interchange. Free parking at the house's entrance. The chickpea from Brunete has a designation of origin.
