I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

For a garage, it's really good! It looks like a full apartment. David and Esther are very good hosts, friendly and helpful, no detail was missing in the accommodation, super clean, very comfortable beds, very large closets, the temperature was great. We have been to many houses/apartments but to find you in the kitchen, apart from the cooking utensils, there were many preparation utensils... also, they left us a basket with milk/juice/sweets, etc. We really appreciate it! We were really comfortable. THANK YOU

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it's called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, close and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk little in person, he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful singing of the birds around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

Very responsive host and a large, beautiful house! Love the design. Surely do come with a car because it is at a quiet suburb quite a distance from city centre. But, good thing that there are restaurants and supermarkets within reach of a short drive. We also went to Masha’s recommended breakfast place- the churros were great!

It was EXCELLENT. Check in was smooth. David deserves a solid 5-stars and a 10/10. Even though we stayed in a room inside his home, it didn’t feel that we did. We still felt like we stayed in a whole apartment. I would agree with the other comments about David giving privacy to his guests. I was with my fiancé during the trip and we went as discreet as we could knowing the room had no lock, but I think David was respectful enough to make us comfortable during the stay. He is really nice. He even let us borrow a transportation card. The place is squeaky clean. We enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is beautiful as well. There’s a 5-min walk grocery store that was really convenient. The people in the same building always greet us whenever we cross paths. It was really nice. Will stay again when we’re back in Madrid! Very much thankful to David! 💝
