House vacation rentals in Severance

We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the home, everything was thought of, we had all the comforts of home. The house was beautifully appointed. Love the little cottage by the park, great location and wonderful surroundings in a beautiful area. Definitely recommend, and appreciated the opportunity to stay here and be near friends and family in the area.

Adam was a great host! During our stay we had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly! We loved how spacious our place was and that everything we needed was available to us.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

Cinthia and Erika’s house was a perfect base camp for mine and my husbands side of the family for our wedding weekend. Direct family on both sides were all able to spend the night in one place and use it as a base camp for all of the planning and last minute projects. We were also able to have some of our wedding party over to play some games in the game room so they felt like they were able to spend some real time with us during our wedding weekend. They had everything we needed for our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place.

This house was exactly as it was described in the listing. Nice quiet culdesac with a private backyard. House was nicely arranged and was very clean.

We stayed there as a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place for the chill sleepover we were looking for. It was very clean and comfortable. The tv and couch were perfect and the kitchen very useful

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

The Windsor house was exactly as pictured, everything worked perfectly, and the house was extremely clean from top to bottom. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, the tvs all were smart tvs so easy to find things to watch. We were a longer term rental so it was important we felt safe and could make ourselves at home. I highly recommend this rental

Nice quiet place to stay. Not a bad commute to CSU in Fort Collins (20-25 minute drive). Host was responsive to question and addressed issues in a timely manner. Would defiantly stay here again!

I did not know there were tenant stain below us until we checked in. There is a Airbnb in the basement that they don’t disclose until you have made it onto the property. The people below us were very loud. This is a very old house. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!! is heard through the vents. If you don’t mind a little noise, it was an absolutely delight to be there!!

We often travel to Greeley, and Beth's place is exactly what we were looking for. The description of her listing accurately reflects the home, which is located in a nice area and is very convenient for our visits, making commuting easy. As long as her listing is available, we will continue to stay there.
