Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is a treat for the senses, the serenity is off the charts. It is a great spot to have the ultimate weekend getaway or stay for a few weeks, with plenty of room for the cars, caravans and tents along with a spacious house that sleeps 7 to 8 people. It has a massive entertaining area off the house with a built in bar which looks out over the picturesque dam. Ceiling fans are throughout the house along with Air conditioning.

Three Bed Premium Ocean View @ Pavillions on 1770

Beautiful and peaceful apartment with the awesome sound of the beach from the balcony. Watching the local birdlife from the balcony was also a treat. Had everything you need and is an amazing spacious home away from home. The complex facilities are clean and accessible and the pools are a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. I would highly recommend!

Great unit in beautiful Agnes Water. It was spacious and convenient to pool and walks on the beach. The Pavilions team were very responsive and helpful communicators. I didn’t love that my teens had their own tvs in their bedrooms but others may like this. The hot tub in the pool area was no where near hot enough, this may be intentional as it is summer but I do love a hot hot tub to contrast a cool pool. We love Agnes and would definitely stay at the Pavilions again.

We had a fantastic stay in Lisa’s apartment. It was clean and spacious with walking access to the main beach and a sprawling balcony which we loved with ocean views and plenty of sunlight. Check in was a breeze with easy parking and a handy pool. It was perfect for our Agnes Water surfing trip and only a short drive to restaurants and cafes.

Explore, fish and relax Close2Reef

We were the first to stay here as accomodation. The place is spectacular, great set up for drive through boat parking (could fit 2-3 cars with boats easily). 3 minute drive to boat ramp or 10 min walk! Corner shop only a 2 minute walk. Do recommend, this place is great whether a fishing trip or family getaway, we will be back for sure!

Joanna and Anita made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Lady Agnes is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The home offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the beach, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals throughout the day. As a family of five, we found the main lounge area a bit limited - we couldn’t all fit onto the couch, the additional chairs weren’t very comfortable for movie nights. Also, the path leading from the beach access stairs could use some maintenance. It’s quite rocky, and the area is covered in spiky weeds that stick to everything and can be painful if stepped on. Overall, it’s the perfect house to relax, unwind, and surf your heart out from morning till night. We will be back for sure and thanks for having us 🫶

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s AirBNB. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Michael was very responsive whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend this home for a relaxing holiday in Agnes Water. We would love to return in the future!
