The complex has a swimming pool, SPA, and hammam: weekdays 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., weekends until 10:00 p.m. The cable car is 2 km away, and the center is a 15-minute walk through the forest. Nearby are the churches of Kecharis and St. Arutyun.

The apartment is located in the heart of Yerevan on Vardanants street 11, a 2-minute walk to the Republic Square and Northern Avenue, next to the metro station "Khanrapetutyan Khraparak" (Republic Square) with access to the central square, the building of the Government of Armenia, the Art Gallery of Armenia, the Historical Museum of Armenia, singing fountains and the Vernissage. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the 6th floor of the stone house. There is an elevator in the six-story building.
