Nous avons.été très bien accueilli par Francesca, une personne rayonnante. Le logement est parfait, fait avec goût, les draps et serviettes sentent bons, le logement est très propre, la douche à un bon débit. Le logement est à conseiller. Le sud de la sardaigne est très beau. Merci pour ces 4 jours au top!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Elena è fantastica, la sua casa un gioiellino in una posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno. Le indicazioni di Elena su ristoranti e spiagge sono state precise e tutte di location di qualità altissima. Super suggerita! E se torno a Cagliari torno nella splendida Suite Azuni!

Verten var hyggelig, imøtekommende og kom med en utrolig nyttig liste med anbefalinger til strender, resturanter, barer og ellers andre ting å finne på i og rundt Cagliari. Har nesten ikke vært med på maken. Største utfordring var kanskje at bilen jeg reiste med var i største laget for å kjóre i de smale gatene gjennom gamlebyen. Ellers var det ikke vanskelig å finne parkering i nær-området. Cagliari var en fin og hyggelig by med plenty fine strender i området rundt og i byen. Vil anbefale et besøk til andre.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e riservata e in un ottima posizione per visitare le bellissime spiagge vicine. La casa era pulitissima e Marco e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.Le bevande e la frutta di benvenuto sono state veramente apprezzate. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Armonia in quanto, essendo assidui visitatori della Sardegna del Nord, desideravamo scoprire la parte Sud. Abbiamo scoperto una struttura al pari di nessun altra: la vista è indescrivibile e ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore; la casa era impeccabile con un accurata attenzione al dettaglio, ai particolari insoliti e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza appieno anche per l’aspetto ordine e pulizia. Da sottolineare un accesso privato alla villa che garantisce assoluta privacy. La spiaggia attrezzata è a pochi minuti a piedi e offre possibilità di ristorazione e noleggio imbarcazioni. E’ stato un vero piacere.. vorremmo tornare presto. Un grazie a Manuela, host gentile e premurosa.

Our stay was amazing, but what truly stood out was the host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly and responsive—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever interacted with. They made everything so smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was not only clean and cozy, but full of thoughtful touches: cold water ready for us, a super cute magnet souvenir, and a bunch of helpful resources to make the most of our trip. Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe der Altstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben sogar Siesta auf dem Zimmer verbracht, weil es so schön war. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Hinzu kommt, dass Valentina sehr nett, hilfreich und herzlich ist. Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Cagliari erkunden will.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!

Alloggio in posizione strategica nel centro del quartiere Marina, pulitissimo, ristrutturato di recente, attrezzatissimo, sembra di essere a casa, host gentilissimo, disponibile, assolutamente da consigliare!

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

We stayed three nights in this wonderful studio and had an excellent experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, a comfy bed, a television, and a fully stocked bathroom where we could even do a bit of laundry during our stay. One little thing to add; as we are both over 1.85m tall, the shower was a bit small for us. One of the biggest highlights was the location—set in a calm, peaceful area at the top of the city, yet just a short walk or elevator ride away from the lively center with plenty of great food options. While there’s no dedicated parking at the house, we had no trouble dropping off our luggage first and then finding a spot just outside the Castello. To top it all off, Vincenzo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear directions to the closest parking areas and shared lots of useful tips and information about the city. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay—quiet, comfortable, and ideally located!
