Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Setti Ballas

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We had a wonderful start to the holiday at Raffaela's place. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire complex is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, where I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are a few minutes' drive from the beach, have shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in Chia, which are also sold at fruit stands.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Betty is a Superhost and the accommodation is a green oasis in the beach paradise of Chia. Betty personally welcomed us at late check-in, was always available for questions and gave us good recommendations for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only very nicely decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really didn't miss anything. The private parking directly at the property was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city people who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living room to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the tranquility without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

We were here for Easter and were able to take beautiful walks. The host advised us in a friendly and very competent manner. The hosts tried to make our stay pleasant. The studio was lovingly renovated and furnished. Coffee was ready and we received a large bottle of sparkling wine from our own vineyard as a welcome. We left with a bottle of red, also our own production, which we were supposed to try on the last evening. The place is not very touristy, which we also liked. Completely satisfied. Will be happy to come back.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the equipment is new. Great outdoor grill! You need a car in the location, but you have a nice view. Beaches of Chia 10 min. by car, supermarkets in Pula also about 10 min. Down on the main road, directly opposite, there is a holiday resort leading to a beautiful beach (small parking lot after about 400 m on the right). We felt very comfortable and Stefano is the perfect host! Always available, competent and very helpful. A later check-out was possible, but again our thanks!!

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.
