It is a 5-minute walk from Setiba Beach. The house has 1 suite plus 2 bedrooms, 1 social bathroom, 1 in the laundry room, 1 external toilet for your convenience. For leisure, there is a barbecue (the spit is not rotisserie), a gourmet countertop, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a pool table, and a garden. Total security, electric fence and alarm.
