This was my best aribnb experience so far. Kaitlyn is a great host. Very organized. She prepared cards with information on everything we needed to know as guests, including how the house works, tips on what to do in the city, and restaurant options. The room is spacious and very cozy. Everything was super clean and smelled great. The bathroom is simply perfect! And the scooter is of great help to commute. She thought of everything. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends.

I found the place to be very clean and every possible amenity was provided. The host is a very helpful and friendly person who is simply nice to talk to. The area is very safe but there is a bit of traffic noise. You can find many touristy things to do in the wider area.

My best host I ever used on Airbnb!! Very nice people and friendly, if you are traveling to NYC and if you don’t mind taking LIRR to city every day you should stay this place. Train is good you just sit until you arrive at city. Neighborhood are very chill and walkable to station.

Here the clocks seem to have stopped ticking for some decades and people are preserved in the here and now. We rang the old ships bell and Ted opened with his long white ponytail and a smile. We entered and found ourselves wandering through an Antique world. The house was built in the late 19th century and is surrounded by a lovely garden. There are 3 guestrooms , 2 sharing a bathroom. So this might not be ideal for loners or honeymooners. Teds house is the perfect house for people who like to be around other people, like to meet and communicate. Teds house is where things are as they are and you can simply be yourself. Ted is funny and entertaining . Sometimes the greatest gift is to find a place where you can stay and talk and where things do not change- when everything else around you , everything you know is constantly changing and changing fast. Highly recommend for people who like the simple Live In The Now Moment. Thank you Ted for inviting us to your special world!
