100mt2 apartment in a charming villa, walking distance to the beach: a large living room with smart TV, a couch, and a new air-conditioner. A furnished kitchen. The main bedroom with a kingsize bed 180x200cm, and a new air-conditioner. The second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm convertible into a doublebed, and a new air-conditioner. The main bathroom with a bathtub. The second bathroom with a shower. A south-facing patio and a BBQ area. - A baby cot, a baby chair, beach toys. The swimming pool area has a shower, three sun umbrellas with sets of sun-beds, and is only in common with guests, if any, of the first floor apartment. There is a large private parking lot for up to three cars. You can easily park the car from the gate and enter the villa. We are a young couple with a little kid completely immersed and fond of the island. We live the Island exploring and astonishing everytime by its magnificent beauties, so once you will arrive and bases on your taste we will be happy to share with you our recommendations.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
