At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Adults only!! Great, friendly apartment for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
