This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Zwecke war es ideal. Palma, Soller, Valldemossa usw. sind für Tagesausflüge schnell erreichbar. Aber auch auf dem Grundstück selbst sorgen der Pool, der Grill und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen für Entspannung und Erholung. Zwar gab es kleinere Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes (bei Toilettenspülung lief das Wasser weiter und das Tor zum Grundstück ließ sich nicht abschließen) aber es wurde uns schnell geholfen. Allgemein war der Kontakt zu unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sehr freundlich und schnell. Sehr angenehm! Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft sehr und würden freuen wiederzukommen.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit bzw. als zwei Pärchen vor Ort. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Finca ist sehr schön und großzügig. Wir haben die Terrasse, den großen Pool und auch den Grill sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da wir uns als Gäste sehr wohl und wertgeschätzt gefühlt haben.

Awesome place to stay with a big group. Lovely outdoor area and has all you need for a peaceful stay. Went for a run in the area and also super peaceful. You need a car to get around, but that's a standard in Palma. You're 20 something minutes from the center of Palma, so it's super convenient. Margalida was always super responsive when we needed help, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at this villa! From the moment we arrived, Sandra went out of her way to make us feel right at home. The villa itself is super spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sandra was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful - she even had an amazing tapas lunch and some drinks waiting for us when we got there. She also shared loads of great local tips, from restaurant recommendations to taxi services and must-see spots around the area. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area - we spent hours there every day just relaxing and enjoying. The whole place is really well set up for a group, and it made our trip feel effortless. On top of that, it’s only about 15 minutes from the beach, and 20 minutes from the airport, which was super convenient. We’d absolutely recommend Sandra and her beautiful villa to anyone planning a trip to Mallorca!
