It is a large independent studio of 50 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, but is very quiet as it overlooks a 2500 m2 enclosed garden. Parking on site in a fenced area. Part of the garden (about 300 m2) is reserved for you. Uzès is a very beautiful, pleasant town, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and the beaches and 1 hour from the Cévennes.

Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues).
