Impeccable accommodation, super comfortable, everything is clean and organized. The host was very courteous, helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend it to other people and I hope to return soon to enjoy the beautiful Petrópolis!

Amazing! We arrived and felt at home! Flávio leaves the main useful things (and that we always forget to buy) available there! Drinks and even frozen pizza. Great idea! Apart from the countless treats around the apartment. I highly recommend it!

I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went in the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.

Corinne was a sweetheart, and the canine reception won our hearts. 🥰 The location is great, very close to the historic center. The place is exactly like in the pictures. We were accommodated very well and loved the stay. The kitchen was super functional, served us very well and the shower water was super plentiful and warm, even in the 15⁰C of the mountains. As for negative points, we just think the cleanliness left something to be desired. And the sofa bed could be a little softer and more comfortable too.

I highly recommend it. Very well organized and clean condominium. Good restaurant with fair price. Luciene responds with incredible speed. Very attentive.

Daniela's house is delightful! From the moment I arrived, I felt sad that I had to leave so quickly (I stayed 3 days). The space is wonderful, the plants well cared for, beautiful and large swimming pool, huge barbecue. There is a fire pit in the outdoor space, with chairs. Wonderful for chatting and drinking wine (and we did❤️) The interior of the house is delightful. Family home style, every corner is cozy. Large TV with streaming. My pet was so happy, it ran through the grass. Daniela is a love! He conveys affection and care through the messages and in every detail of the house. We were greeted with a mimo. I'll come back whenever I can ! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We came back recharged!

The house is beautiful, spacious, charming, with colonial and rustic architecture, decorated with beautiful furniture, the kind that takes us back to other times. It has a very beautiful and well-kept outdoor area that is a delight for a light walk. Even in winter, you can enjoy the pool during the day when the sun is shining, the water is cold because it comes from a spring just above, but the best thing is to relax in the bathtub with hot water right after the dip. It has a mini barbecue and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication was super clear and proactive, the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. An excellent option to spend a few days with friends or family in Petrópolis/Itaipava.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

We were delighted with the apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, organized and super cozy. The location is also excellent, making our tours much easier. I also highlight the attention and care of the host, always available and helpful in everything we need. It was definitely a great experience. I recommend it!

And my favorite space and whenever I can I'll be there. Very close to the center, you can walk. Quiet street with a bakery, market and produce store. And bus station for those who don't have a car. I loved being there again. I'll be back for sure.
