Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Casa da Nêspera was born to be another charming and comfortable corner for those who appreciate nature, exclusivity and quiet. With a beautiful view, it has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Sky. It has a Finnish sauna with glass, and a view of the mountains. Possibility of many hikes to waterfalls and views, a mandatory stop is the river, on the property. Access to the house is 17 km of dirt road, and the ideal vehicle is a 4x4. We have shuttle service for this section. See.

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. In the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle.

Lareira, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river … we do not accept visits without prior permission. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
