Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
