In the heart of a village close to the sea (5 km ) of Valras plage and Sérignan beach. The property is located in the heart of a typical southern village. The place is very quiet because there is no traffic. The streets are narrow and there is no parking lot close to the property. The City Hall has provided a large number of free parking lots close to the heart of the village, the closest of which is only a 1 minute walk to the accommodation and the most distant 5 minutes away. We offer on the ground floor, a comfortable apartment with living room: sofa bed 160 x 200, table, TV, washing machine, wifi, fan. Bathroom including sink, toilet, shower. Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils. (Glasses, cups, plates, knives, forks, pots, etc...) An adult room without a window with a bed for 2 ( 140 x 200) A children's room without window with a single bed (90×200) As we do not have windows in the bedrooms, we advise people with breathing problems or overweight to use the sofa bed near a window. Price indicated with bath sheets and night sheets.
