Το Cocos House είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι, σ ένα ήρεμο κ γραφικό χωριό της Σερίφου τον Κένταρχο ή Καλλιτσο. Απέχει περίπου 9 χιλ. από το Λιβάδι που είναι κ το Λιμανι του νησιού. Έχει κοντά του αρκετές όμορφες κ γνωστές παραλίες εύκολα επισκέψιμες. Σημαντική προϋπόθεση για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμα είναι να έχετε μεταφορικό μέσο. Το σπίτι έχει πρόσβαση από δυο σημεία του χωριού. Από το ένα θα ανεβείτε περιπου 40 σκαλοπάτια κ από το άλλο θα κατεβείτε λίγο περισσότερα.

Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Foivos suite at Serifos

Foivos was renovated recently with a lot of love and much care for the natural environment. Equipped with two single beds with Cocomat mattresses, it can host two friends, the children of a family or even a couple as it’s possible, if asked in advance, to bring the singles together and make a double with an upper mattress. The bathroom is comfortable and sharp, and the outdoors kitchen on the veranda has everything necessary to cook and dine soaking up the view.
