Our place is the only Bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in a 5-acre garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate single rooms downstairs Living room for one person Accommodates 5 adults and a baby. We have underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool, barbecue and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator to avoid being affected by power outages. We only accept families and groups of girls.

The treehouse in the garden, basketball court and trampoline with safety net provide the ideal environment for families with children and sports fans. You can use the large patio or seating groups in the garden according to your preference.

Relax with front and back verandas, a specially designed heated outdoor swimming pool. Hammocks, fire pits and barbecue areas in the garden are ideal for pleasant times.

It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
