House with a small garden

Relax in this quiet and unique house located in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+ dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

In the heart of Maconnais, in a charming little wine village, between Cormatin and Saint Gengoux le National, close to Cluny and Tournus is this 65 m2 accommodation You will find a private space to relax with Jacuzzi/SPA. In a private courtyard, apartment with an equipped kitchen, a living room, a master suite with a double bed and a single bed open to the bathroom. The house is in a very touristy area: Castles, medieval villages, caves, wine route... Hiking and mountain biking.
