Amanda was able to accommodate me on short notice and her place was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect for my needs. She also recommended good restaurants. The local area is pretty cool, too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.

**Perfect for a Quick College Visit** We stayed one night while in town to help our daughter with college enrollment, and this place was exactly what we needed. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which was so appreciated after a long day of travel and campus visits. The host was exceptional - they communicated clearly from booking through checkout and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It's clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests. The location worked well for our college-related trip, and having a comfortable, clean place to rest made all the difference. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great as it is close to hiking areas, restaurants, and Chattanooga without being too busy! The house itself was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with anything we could have needed. The hot tub was extremely nice and clean. It was very spacious. The sound of the interstate was not bad once you got inside and if you are a light sleeper, David provided ear plugs and white noise machines to cover the sound of the interstate. However, the interstate sounds should not deter you from this stay because the house, host, and location are all excellent and outweigh the noise. 100% recommend and will be staying here again.

We had a great stay at Lisa's house with our pups! The location was incredibly convenient for exploring all that Chattanooga has to offer. We were in town for a race, and Lisa's thoughtful gesture of bringing us fresh towels was so kind and truly appreciated – a wonderful and unexpected touch! A serene place to stay. Easier to find than it seemed and there were several restaurants nearby. Worth spending more than a day and my dog loved it too.

Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. Calli was a marvelous host, as are the other ladies who help her run the property. The space was clean and inviting; we felt right at home. Check in and check out were simple with clear instructions. The bed was comfy and the space inviting. It was nice and cool in the apartment even in summertime, and the pool area is delightful. Amenities were listed clearly and some small touches (coffee, extra towels, filtered water, toothbrushes) were a lovely bonus. We love Chattanooga and would definitely consider staying here again. We loved our stay here. Great for a large group! We loved the views of the mountainscapes and sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit table were a hit. While the surrounding neighborhood may not have been traditionally "touristy," we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and felt safe. We had an issue with gate and, even once we fixed it, Jeremy still stopped by to ensure it was working. He and Brittney were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

Robert and Ruth are extremely friendly and wonderful hosts. Communication was fantastic and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was very peaceful and relaxing and short driving distances to so many outdoor attractions. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

beautiful grounds with lots of trails. Electric hook up and water available. No sewage yet. Drive up the mountain is not for the faint of heart.. but we'll worth the trip! would love to spend more time there!

The camp site was beautiful and peaceful. Robert provided clear instructions and he helped us get to the spot! He ensured us that we can contact him at any time with questions or for help. He even provided firewood. Perfect camp spot to get away for the weekend!!! Beautiful hiking around the area too!! Definitely going to come back

Place was great! Bobbie was easy to communicate with. A very clean and beautifully constructed space. You can tell they definitely put some love into the entire facility.

Lori was a fantastic host with a wonderful place to stay that had so many thoughtful touches. It was a pleasant couple’s getaway and we even got to bring our dog!

Robert and Ruth were very gracious hosts. My car isn't made for off-roading, so Robert took me out to the cabin when I arrived at the office. Ruth gave me fresh eggs, which were delicious! I didn't do as much hiking as I anticipated, but when Robert came to pick me up at the end of my stay he gave me a tour of the property. Robert cleared all the trails and campsites himself and everything is clearly marked. What a beautiful property! I had a very peaceful stay, and hope to come back again. God Bless Robert and Ruth! Absolutely wonderful host and place for a few days stay I wish I had more time to go hiking in the property

We planned a little last minute stay so flexible check in was perfect for us! We also have 10 year old dog so finding a pet friendly place that still meets cleanliness expectations and doesn’t charge ridiculous pet fees is always a challenge. This place exceeded high expectations and we truly enjoyed our time and short stay.
