Mangwon Market and various cafes, restaurants, and Hangang Park are located nearby. -The accommodation is always kept clean, and towels and linens are washed daily. -Simple cooking is possible in the kitchen, and basic cooking utensils and a microwave are provided. -There is no “parking space” in the accommodation -Pets are not allowed. -Absolutely non-smoking in the accommodation, and in situations such as damage to items, you are responsible for reimbursement. -Please refrain from making loud noise after 10pm as it is a residential building. -It is equipped with a beam projector, so you can watch Netflix/Youtube from the accommodation (including a bluetooth speaker). -Mangwon Station (5 minutes on foot), Hapjeong Station (10 minutes), Hongdae (10 minutes), Itaewon (30 minutes)

Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. Our property is suitable for couples, solo travellers, and business travelers. My guest house is suitable for couples, flashpackers and business travelers. Be My Guest!!!

It is located on the main street of Hannam-dong Cafe Street, and there are many showrooms and restaurants like treasures in every corner when you open the door. This is Macy Smalls, a Seoul house where you want to go out at any time. It is a space made up of a vintage bedroom with a queen-sized bed and old sewing machine that my grandmother used to use, and a dining kitchen where you can have delicious food and a romantic time facing the circular dining table. I want you to have a more comfortable rest than coziness and home in this house!

Station is just 7-10 mins away by walk. Compact space but having all equipment-washing machine, induction cooker, cleaning stuff, etc. Spacious bathroom with rain shower.
