My guest house located short distance near Airport rail at Seoul station and it takes long only 5 minutes on foot. In the case of interior ,there are 3 separated rooms with best condition , living room with kitchen,coffee drop machine and wash room.

Welcome to the luxurious Raum Penthouse in Jayang-dong. It's going to be a very special stay here. Built in June 2022, we're in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. These are high rise ceiling luxury apartments with a loft style second floor. But unlike most loft style apartments in Korea, the second floor ceiling is high enough for most adults to stand up straight. I'm 185cm and I just have to slightly tilt my head. But most importantly, I'm on the 22nd floor so the view is amazing!

The location was really good! The restaurant, Motran, was right in front, so I saw Chef Lee Yeon-bok, and there were many restaurants, so it was easy to order delivery!!!!!!!! The atmosphere of the accommodation is also great. I recommend it.

I thought it would be clean because it was a new construction... but when I went, I felt the atmosphere was warmer because there were retro emotional accessories in some places. If it was too modern, it could feel a little cold, but those points made the space feel more comfortable. I really liked it. The bedding was fluffy and puffy, so I slept really well. I slept for only one day, but my body felt refreshed. The smell of the blanket was fresh and... I felt good when I lay down. The kitchen was much better than I thought. The cooking utensils and tableware were all well organized, and the microwave, rice cooker, and induction were all in good condition, so I just used it comfortably like home. It was good to cook and eat simply, and it was perfect for taking care of the kids' food. And the nard amenities in the bathroom... I was surprised when I saw that. I was more pleased because it was the scent I usually liked, and it was really nice to have a subtle scent every time I washed. It was a small detail, but it was quite memorable. I didn't go out to the rooftop to grill meat, but... Next time, I want to come back when the weather is nice and try a barbecue. I also talked to my friends. I said, "Let's stay for 2 nights next time." I had a good rest. Really.

The place is located behind Seoul Station, which is very convenient. I came by car, and there's a slight uphill, but walking to Namdaemun and Myeongdong was totally doable. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the host was very kind. Overall, it was a great stay — highly recommended! Our family members traveled from France and the United States to Korea for this special event, and this home provided an unforgettable cultural experience for everyone. The hanok-style house beautifully reflects traditional Korean architecture and lifestyle, creating a unique and serene atmosphere that added so much meaning to our gathering. The space was not only spacious and well-maintained but also thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a large group comfortably. Communication with the host was excellent—prompt, courteous, and very helpful. They responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I would absolutely choose to stay here again for future events in Korea, whether for family gatherings or even business-related stays.
