Apartment vacation rentals in Seongdong-gu

Loved this place. The residence is everything you need but what I loved primarily was the neighbourhood. Didn’t really knew Seoul and sort of randomly ended up in Seongsu-dong but ended up being my favourite neighbourhood. A little bit of absolutely everything you’d want. Five stars.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

Reo was great and responded quickly to all our queries. She even came to pick us up near Exit 6 of the subway. She also provided us tea bags and cookies. Her place is neat and clean with everything perfectly arranged. The area is very lively filled with many restaurants around. It is very near the Konkuk university subway line 2. Even access to airport bus 6013 was very close by. Would definitely recommend her place. Enjoyed our stay at her place. 🙏

The listing description and photos matched the real thing perfectly, and the location was right in front of Seongsu Station, so transportation was very convenient. The air conditioner is not installed, so it may be a little hot and cold. Besides, the atmosphere of the accommodation was very nice, and above all, it was very clean, so I rested comfortably!

The location is nice and cozy, so the two of us had a comfortable stay! There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is 10 minutes away from Seongsu Station, so it is quiet and there are all kinds of things to enjoy nearby! However, it felt a little smaller than I expected from the photos. Still, I'm leaving with good memories:)

Had an amazing time at Naerola's place. The home is super cozy, 10 minutes away from the metro and the neighborhood is great with so many vintage shops, nice restaurants, pop-ups. Lots of things to do around!

was on a solo trip to seoul and had a pleasant stay at this airbnb. Super easy to get to and lots to do and see around the area (from shopping, eating and even beauty) I also love the fact that there was a CU right downstairs — since I got in late without going far I was able to pick up some things and snacks I needed. I do wish the bed and pillows were a bit softer but with all the walking I did in seoul, I had no issues falling asleep. However, the thing that was the most memorable was I accidentally left my retainers when checking out. The host was able to retrieve it for me while there was still another guest. Really appreciated the gestures because you know those retainers are pricey to replace 😅 I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back

Comfortable and warm Korean accommodation, feels like home, thank you host's attentive response and immediate needs support, the house is about 20-30 minutes from each attraction, there are two supermarkets nearby, multiple different types of restaurants, there is also a traditional market, very convenient!Fully equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, boiler (water heater) in the room, basic equipment in the kitchen is also available, convenient by bus nearby, you can reach popular spots such as Sangsu-dong, Mapo, Myeongdong, Euljiro, Jongno, Namdaemun nearby!Highly recommend👏🏻🇰🇷

This place was amazing! Extremely close to Seongsu and the biggest Oliveyoung is only 1km away. Very walkable. Great nearby restaurants and metro is near. Selene was amazing. She let me check in an hour early which was so helpful, especially after a 16 hr flight. She was always to responsive to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

It's an officetel, so there's noise from the upper floor. I don't know if they're raising a gorilla upstairs, but it was banging. Other than that, I had a really good stay in terms of location and price.

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to COEX Mall, with easy access through underground subway exits (no need to cross busy streets). Convenience stores like GS25 and a grocery store are also just steps away. Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and Samseong Station are nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul. You’re also within walking distance of cultural spots like the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple and the Royal Tombs (about 10 minutes away). The apartment itself was spotless, with stunning day and night views of the city. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the locals were friendly and helpful. The hosts were incredibly kind, allowing us to check in a bit early and responding quickly to all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. Convenient location, convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, pharmacy, and direct access to the airport by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and he responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!

The host, Jongnam, was extremely accommodating from the get go, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This went beyond my stay as he helped store my luggage after checkout and also helped order a cab to the airport. Definitely recommend this stay! Perfect for solo travellers!
