Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or after a professional day. Surrounded by our many animals (chickens, ducks, cats, goats and sheep), do not hesitate to ask us if you would like to participate in animal care, it is always very pleasant, especially for children. Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, graduate students, and students on work-study contracts. You just need to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking and for each booking request, you'll need to provide proof of school enrollment.

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" cottage is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests.
