Meters away from the apartment you will find several of Oslo's best restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas and of course, Oslo's best shopping. Public transportation is close by, either you prefer bus, tram or the small ferries. 150 meters away, you will find the world famous Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art, AFMoMA. The apartment has a lovely balcony hanging directly over the canal six stories down. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors located in the residential area Majorstua, very close to the city centre and just next to The Royale Palace. Fully equipped kithen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. This is the best location in Oslo and you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

The place is very interesting and cozy, and you can look out the window for hours. The owner of Gard is responsive, with a good sense of humor and went to meet us when we needed it. I loved staying at Frida’s place. Just about all of Oslo is walkable from there. The neighborhood is full of charming and colorful wooden houses. It’s close to nightlife yet very quiet. There’s a grocery store right across the street. The bed is comfy. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again. The only people I might not recommend this place for are anyone with mobility issues, as you have to climb a ladder to get to the loft bedroom, which I found completely charming.

We had a really nice stay at Kaja's place in the Holmenkollen area. The house is large and has a very beautiful kitchen and great upper floor with lots of amenities for kids. The bathroom is fantastic and bedding is great. There is lots to do in the area especially if you are into nature. Also the railway to the city centre is relatively close and there is also a direct bus to the city center super close by. We would come back for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

We stayed at Tord place and it was a beautiful stay! The apartment was clean and as per the pictures. Perfect place for kids with a loft where they can play. The kids were also able to run free and safe in the backyard and play in the common playground. The apartment was close to the city center, easy to take the bus :) There is also a park at 5 minutes walking with a great view over Oslo. Alltogether, I would greatly recommend Tord’s place :)
