The home features 16 foot ceiling, original molding, mudroom now a bath/laundry area, a loft that's great for kids or a wedding party. The home has been renovated but still has all of the charm of a 1900 original farmhouse setting. The interior is a completely open living, dining, kitchen floorpan that's great for entertaining.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Nestled on 12 acres, you can cozy up by the indoor fireplace/outdoor firepit, stargaze, read in the patio rocking chairs, work comfortably in a peaceful oasis, or take nature walks. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Safe Harbor on the Lake. Spacious, private!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

Enjoy our quiet, lovely guest home. This 1 bedroom (1 king bed) 1 full bath house come with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.
